the short version: pure flow does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. everything stays on your device. always.
01 — overview
pure flow is an ambient sound application developed and operated by a sole developer. this privacy policy describes how the pure flow mobile application ("the app") handles your information.

02 — data collection
nothing. pure flow does not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or identifiers of any kind.
the app operates entirely offline. it requires no account, no sign-in, and no network connection. it will function fully in airplane mode.
03 — local storage
pure flow saves your preferences locally on your device using android's standard storage mechanisms. this includes things like your saved sound combinations, volume settings, sleep timer preferences, and app configuration.
this data never leaves your device. it is not transmitted to any server, not synced to any cloud, and not accessible to us or any third party.
you can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's storage via your device's settings, or by uninstalling the app.
04 — purchases
pure flow offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("pure flow premium") processed entirely through google play billing. we do not handle, see, or store any payment information.
all purchase and payment data is governed by google's own privacy policy. google play confirms the purchase status to the app; no personal or financial data is shared with us.
05 — third parties
pure flow does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. there are no third-party services embedded in the app that can access your data.
the only third-party involvement is google play, which manages app distribution and billing, and is subject to google's own privacy policies.
06 — permissions
pure flow requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its core functionality:
foreground service — required to keep audio playing when the screen is off or the app is in the background.
wake lock — used only when sound effects are active in the background, to ensure timed audio fires correctly. released as soon as effects stop.
receive boot completed — used to restore a scheduled daily reminder after the device restarts, if you have enabled one.
no permission is used to access, collect, or transmit personal data.
07 — data deletion
pure flow collects no personal data and creates no user account, so there is no remote data for us to delete.
all data the app stores — saved sound combinations, volume settings, sleep timer preferences, daily reminder time — lives entirely on your device in android's app-private storage.
to delete it, do either of the following:
1. open settings → apps → pure flow → storage → clear storage. this removes all locally saved preferences and resets the app.
2. uninstall pure flow. this removes the app and all locally saved data in a single step.
08 — children
pure flow does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. because the app collects no data whatsoever, it poses no privacy risk to users of any age.
09 — changes
if this privacy policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. we will not introduce data collection without clearly disclosing it here first.
